Bend, Don't Break: ACT Therapy Group
Led by Asha Unni, Ph.D., LSSP and predoctoral intern Logan Hellested, M.Ed. (Supervised by Dr. Unni)
An 8-week therapy group for kids (ages 11-13) that uses fun, evidence-based activities, with the hope of creating a safe space for kids who may benefit from learning coping skills with other same-age peers.
