Malick Absy (He/Him/His) is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing therapy and consultation services for individuals and families under the supervision of Erin Spalding, LCSW-S. Malick works with adolescents (14 years and up), adults, and couples who are seeking deeper understanding, meaningful change, and more fulfilling relationships.

His approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented, supporting clients who may be highly self-aware yet still feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected. He draws from Parts Work, somatic and mindfulness-based practices to help cultivate compassionate self-awareness and integration. Malick holds a strong commitment to anti-oppression, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive care, and he brings an awareness of identity and systemic influences into the therapy space. He honors the ways culture, grief, and identity shape people's lives, including grief related to loss, culture, or self. His style is slow, warm, and collaborative, and he aims to offer a space where all parts of you-- or your relationship-- can be explored with care.
